You need to stop things from feeling repetitive. It’s so important that you keep changing up where you run because the same old surroundings will wear you down mentally over time. A change of scenery is always beneficial to your mind too.

The great thing about reading quotes is that you can have the memories of them stay with you and you can also learn things that motivate you. Things like this can help you out a lot and you would be surprised at how much it could help you overall. It’s also important to do trial runs. After all, there’s nothing like race day. If possible, you need to try and get involved in another shorter race so you can build up to your big marathon. Take the time to test your routine and find out what it is you are going to wear, eat and even do. This will give you the chance to find out what is going to work and what isn’t so you can prepare yourself.
